November 21st 2009 - Claire & Paul - The Black Swan, Helmsley, York

Wow! What a day! The weather was ... erm... terrible!! I had a very foggy and wet journey up to Helmsley, but the weather most definitely didn't dampen Claire and Paul's spirits!

Claire and Paul opted for a civil ceremony at the Black Swan Hotel, with just a handful of close friends and family. 23 to be precise!

The day went really smoothly and the Hotel had plenty of places indoors to do photography. Once the rain had cleared up at around 8pm, I suggested a few photos outside with the travelling fairground as a backdrop... I had no idea that all the guests would be up for some real fun! 2 minutes later, the entire wedding party were outside, tokens in hand for a ride on the Dodgems!!
